In short. You upload photos, pick styles, see free watermarked previews, and pay only if you want the final portrait. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Upload only photos you have the right to use. If something goes wrong on our side, we redo it or refund you.
mypet is run by BG Tecnologia Ltda. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We turn photos of people and pets into portraits created by artificial intelligence, in the styles you choose. You see free previews with a watermark, decide which portraits you want, and pay to receive the final versions without the watermark.
You must be legally able to enter a contract. Minors may buy only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You do not need an account to place an order: access is through a private link sent to your email or shown on screen.

That is why, before you upload, we ask you to tick a confirmation box. Without it the upload is not allowed. You may ask at any time for photos of a child to be deleted, and we will act within 15 days. Your photos remain yours. You only give us permission to use them to provide this service.
We may refuse a photo, cancel an order and block access for anyone who breaks these rules. Our safety filter may refuse photos automatically. When that happens, the refused photo is not charged.
Portraits are created by AI and may show differences or errors in details such as faces, hands, fur, text or colors. We do not guarantee that the result will look exactly like the person or pet in the photo. That is why previews are free: you see the result before you pay. Sharp, well-lit, front-facing photos usually give better results.
The first portrait costs $19. Each extra portrait in the same order costs $10, a 47% discount. The final amount is shown before you pay. It is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
We charge only after you choose your portraits and confirm payment. Previews are free. The amount is always calculated by our server, and any figure shown in your browser is for display only. Payment is handled by the payment processor we contract, and your card details do not pass through us. The final portraits are released once payment is confirmed.
Refunds go back through the same payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
The portrait is a digital product made to order from your photos and delivered right after payment. When you complete the purchase, you expressly ask for the service to start immediately. Before the final portrait is delivered, you may cancel and be refunded. After delivery, and to the extent the law of your country allows, the right of withdrawal for this kind of product no longer applies. Nothing in these terms reduces consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.
You can give portraits as a gift. The recipient gets a link by email on the date you choose, and that link is valid for 180 days after it is sent. We use their email only for that. If the payment is reversed before the date, the gift is cancelled and will not be sent. You are responsible for entering the correct email and for having the right to use the photos in the gift.
Anyone who has your order link can see the previews and portraits. Keep it safe and do not share it publicly. The link is valid for 30 days; if you lose access, use the option to find your order by email. Final portraits of paid orders stay available to download again for 12 months. Please download and keep your files.
After payment, you may use the portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes: keeping, printing, gifting and posting them on your social networks. You may not sell them or use them in products, advertising or other commercial activity without our written permission. You must still hold the rights to the source photos. We do not publish your portraits and we do not use them to train models of our own.
The site, the mypet brand, the design and the texts belong to BG Tecnologia Ltda and may not be copied without permission.
We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or because of third-party failures, and generation may be paused when demand is high. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not responsible for harm caused by photos uploaded without the right to use them or by misuse of the portraits. This does not remove any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as under consumer law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For orders already placed, the terms in force when you bought apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer living in another country, the rights that the law of your country of residence guarantees you continue to apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live when the law so provides. In other cases, the courts of the seat of BG Tecnologia Ltda have jurisdiction.
